3. Digital Products & Immediate Access
Because most of our products are digital and delivered immediately, you acknowledge that:
Once a digital product is downloaded, accessed, or used, it is generally non-refundable, unless required by law
In some cases, you may be asked at checkout to expressly agree that you waive your 14-day cancellation right in exchange for immediate access
This is standard for digital content and is designed to prevent abuse (e.g., downloading and keeping the product while requesting a refund).
4. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
You request cancellation within 14 days and have not accessed or downloaded the digital product, or
The product is defective, inaccessible, or materially not as described, and we are unable to fix the issue within a reasonable time, or

5. Non-Refundable Items
Unless required by law, the following are non-refundable:
Digital products that have been downloaded, accessed, or used

Free products or bonuses

7. Refund Processing & Fees
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
Processing or transaction fees charged by payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, banks) may be non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund where permitted by law
We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us first at live@rawreadylife.com before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. Unnecessary chargebacks increase costs for both parties and may result in your account being restricted or banned from future purchases.
